Training / In-Services

Re-Focus, Inc. has an extensive training program for all employees. There are twenty-five trainings that new employees are required to attend to prepare them to work with/for the folks we support. Beyond that basic module, all employees are also required to attend three of these in-services annually: CPR, Standard Precautions and Crisis Intervention.

The Re-Focus, Inc. Video In-Service Library has been in existence for six years. All employees benefit from the library which is open every other Friday from 10:00am - 12:00 noon. Employees are encouraged to attend an actual in-service, but when they are unable to attend, the employee may watch the in-services that are on video.
