Theme Teams

Mind, Body, Spirit Theme Team

The Mind, Body, Spirit Theme Team exists to enhance the whole person with activities that promotes mind, body and spirit.

Our goal is to collaborate with other Theme Teams to develop more activities and opportunities for the Folks in the new building and to expand different settings for more wellness and music days.

Dream Makers

The Dream Makers Theme Team has been in existence to fulfill individual dreams of folks who are a part of the Re-Focus family, by raising funds and awarding various dream grants at the agency annual holiday party. Eighty to ninety folks supported by Re-Focus, benefit each year from the fundraising activities of the Dream Makers. The fundraising activities have included a Spring Dinner Dance, Car Wash, Direct-Mail Campaign, and Raffles. Our goal for 2010 is to raise $40,000 and to continue to make dreams come true. Now situated in our new building, our goal is to involve Day Programs with mailings, selling tickets, etc.

Family and Community Network Theme

The goal of the Family and Community Network Theme Team is to provide advocacy and awareness to family and community, concerning various political issues and supporting events within that affect the individuals we support and the agency in which we work though collaboration with CPNRI.

Newsletter Theme Team

The goal of the Newsletter Theme Team is develop a newsletter to communicate to Re-Focus and to the Community about who we are and what we do, try to get people to advertise to set off the cost of printing, and expand the newsletter into the community.

Rainbow of Activities Theme Team

The goal of the Rainbow of Activities Theme Team is to offer and create opportunities for adult activities by uniting and integrating the individuals within Re-Focus and the Community.

The Green Theme Team

The general goal of the Green Theme Team is to explore business endeavors that will increase opportunities for individuals and Re-Focus.
